pre-season training for Years 7 to Year 13

We are running a 4 week pre-season training for Years 7 to Year 13 which will be skill based with a conditioning component. There will be 2 to 3 sessions depending on numbers.

There will be a session specificallly for the Year 7's to help them transition from 6 aside netball.

Any parents and students keen to coach this season are welcome to come along and observe, ask questions and learn new drills and skills for their teams.

Begins: Wednesday February 26th and will run the 3 following Wednesdays.

Cost: $20.00 for 4 weeks per player to be pre-paid
